ILCO Key Duplicator Model 044 Lever-operated Function

The Model 044 key duplicator is a semi-automatic key machine.  Keys are loaded, then with one flip of the operating lever, the key is duplicated.  It is accurate, versatile and simple to operate. This machine is especially fast when cutting multiple copies of a key. Among its many features are:

Four-way vise jaws grip virtually any cylinder key without the need for adapters. Great for double sided keys.

Wide carriage spacing permits cutting of large head and long blade keys.

Dial-type depth adjustment system simplifies calibration and improves accuracy.

"Soft-touch" brush deburrs cut keys safely.

Spring-loaded carriage maintains even cutting pressure, reducing the possibility of miscut keys.

Fits under most key department displays.

Standard 110-volt 1/4-horsepower motor will operate with most generators or inverters of 500 watts or greater; excellent for mobile jobs.

220-volt motor or 12-volt DC motor available on special order.
